Let’s begin with a walk-through of your space to access the damage. This meeting is crucial because it allows us to make a plan of attack and set goals for the end result.

Because every home and space is different, I will do my best to guide you to the bundle that will suit your highest priorities. I will give you a close estimate of the amount of time that will be required. The amount of time it takes to actually declutter and organize a space is highly dependent on:

  • The AMOUNT of items in a space.
  • How QUICKLY you can make decisions. It is important during the decluttering process to follow your instincts and work quickly.
  • How READY you are to release the items you no longer need, use, or love.

STAGING

Home staging is best conducted after a thorough decluttering but, is not required.  Decluttering and organizing alone will make a vast difference in the feel of your home but, for the client looking to put their home on the market, staging would be taking it to the next level. For home staging clients, I will conduct a walk-through, curate a checklist of areas to address, and use items from your own home (where possible) to redecorate the space. I have a very picky eye for making sure each room is magazine quality before we take photos. If larger projects are needed I will also connect you with other services or contractors.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

It’s important to me to make the process of decluttering & organizing and home staging as easy on you as possible, therefore all sessions are all-inclusive and include:
Hours spent on-site decluttering, organizing, and staging
Any additional time spent researching products and suggesting items for purchase
Light surface cleaning as we go
Phone, text, and email support between sessions
Arranging appointments with other service providers
Taking items to consignment and donation centers

FINE PRINT:

It is best to work in three-hour sessions, to avoid brain fatigue. You’ll be amazed at the difference made in only three hours! Your brain and mine will thank you for keeping the process to three hours at a time. A single session of three hours is ideal for the average master closet. A larger space like the kitchen or a very messy home office may require two or more sessions.

Consultations are typically scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays and organizing sessions are typically scheduled in 3-hour increments Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings.
